A-LIST New Location
I am very excited about some good news! We went to view the site of our new building. It is VERY old like 125 years old. But it is so totally fabulous. Its about 10 thousand square feet and in need of major work which will hopefully be completed in about 6 to 8 months. The front of the inside will be a gallery and coffee shop/wifi hang out, very artsy! The back will be closed off and made into 2 offices that I will rent out. There is a cool space upstairs that looks down into the whole front that will be my office/studio. Here are a few pictures.

This is the upstairs and where my office would be if you look you can see what use to be windows, we would put them back in so there would be a cool view to the downstairs.

What an amazing space, I am excited for you! Your time line seems quick, has this been in the works for awhile? I love all the windows, and then just the feeling of history surounding you…very cool!
Your last few posts, were very technical, but interesting. I need to dig in and learn some more…but the pieces are starting to make more sense. Keep talkin’, eventually I will actually be able to follow along AND understand…LOL. Just wondering how long have you been working professionally? Looks like it’ll be a fun process (and by fun I mean aches and pains with rewards at the end).
Where is the building located? It looks a lot like a building in EastTown GR off Lake Drive by where Robinson Road intersects/merges but that one is already in updated renovation (last I saw).

Sandy, I had no idea how LOADED you guys were! Ha!
Your building is going to be an amzing showplace. Have you thought about renting out the gallery area for cocktail parties and private socials?
Can’t wait to see it all come together over this next year. Now this may be a reason for me to fly out and meet you and see your beautiful countryside!!

Really? You would totally freak if I came out there? Ok then, that might do it for me! Ha! Keep me posted on when the completion of your new building. By the way how long is the flight from california to where you are, I hate to fly more than 2 hours.

I’m thinking about it. Its either a trip to fly out there to say hello to you or another new lenses….hmmm….lens or Sandy….hmmm. I’ll need some time to think about this.
