Al, my neighbor
If you want to be irreplaceable you must be different..mademoiselle Coco Chanel
Every now and then one will find a neighbor that is more than just the wave as you pass by. The neighbor will be wise, friendly, kind to animals, an educator of the past and just a decent human being. We are blessed to know Al and to have him as a neighbor.

wonderful pics, Sandy! As always…:) This is how I responded to your comment in Gary Fong’s blog: “Don’t worry about it, Sandy. Those of us who check out Gary’s blog know that he does it, to some degree, to get people to check out his blog.
The beauty is that beyond this world is a living hope. We await a new heaven and a new earth. This place is not our home. He rose again and went back to heaven to prepare a place for us. No matter what happens, God is in control.”
We must just continue to pray for him. He needs to know the King of kings and Lord of lords. That is truly what he needs. We must continue to pray for him. And I know that within his circle of friends he has believers. I just don’t know how influential they are with him, but God is a miracle worker. He changed our hearts and lives, didn’t he?
The O’Johns said it all! Amen!
